Take Away

Our first response to fear is to pray, then to speak God’s Word out loud (keep specific scriptures on hand so you’ll be ready)—these can help you spiritually and mentally. You can also combat physical symptoms of fear and anxiety by doing things that help you rest (i.e. maybe an essential oil, massage, or breathing deeply).

This week, make a plan for yourself. What will you do when you feel fear or anxiety? Pick some verses that stood out to you and create your own plan of attack!
