Rescuing the Young & Innocent

In Cambodia, Hand of Hope, Joyce Meyer Ministries World Missions supported the SHE Rescue Home, a safe haven for girls under 16 who have been trafficked, raped or live at risk of being exploited.

They are so young and innocent. We can’t share their names. But you helped provide these girls with medical care, education and family support, along with God’s Word and vital counseling to help them overcome the pain of their trauma. You also offered them a loving place where they can play games, have fun and laugh often.

Ultimately, the goal is for every girl to be safely reintegrated back into her family and community. And in order to keep them off the streets and out of danger, SHE Rescue has established the Family Assistance Program, which employs families to make clothing and other resources from the safety of their own homes.

Luke 19:10 says, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. Jesus left the ninety-nine to go in search of the one. (see Matthew 18:12). At SHE Rescue, that is the goal—to find those who are lost and hurting…and to help “the one.”

Thanks to all our friends and partners who allow us to help those in need.
